Kate Meyer is an Instructional Innovation Specialist and high school English teacher in Bar Harbor, Maine, where she has taught for 25 years. From 2021 to 2023, she served in a two-year position as a Distinguished Educator with the Maine Department of Education. A National Board-certified teacher with M.Ed. degrees in both Educational Leadership and Literacy Education, Kate is also a National Writing Project fellow and was awarded Hancock County Teacher of the Year in 2020. Kate is co-author of The EduProtocol Field Guide: AI Literacy Edition, coming in the spring of 2026.
