Dr. Ray is an award-winning administrator with a track record of transforming large urban districts. Harvard University and the U.S. Department of Education recognized her work in Nashville. Her projects include consulting with the New York City Department of Education and the Los Angeles Public Schools to pivot to blended learning in response to the global pandemic, as well as informing the design of new products and services for Fortune 500 EdTech companies. She is the Urban Leadership Fellow at Claremont Graduate University and also serves as a transformation coach for the South Carolina Department of Education.
