Aleata Hubbard Cheuoua, Senior Research Scientist at WestEd, is committed to improving the learning and teaching of computer science. Her research examines the experiences of K-12 teachers new to computer science, CS minors for non-CS majors, and informal secondary education programs focused on technology and entrepreneurship. She also conducts program evaluations for and provides technical assistance to math EdTech companies with a focus on supporting equitable educational experiences.
