Dr. Chantelle Lewis is an accomplished educational leader with over 26 years of experience in urban education, strategic planning, and curriculum development. She serves as an elementary principal in Lorain City Schools and an adjunct professor while mentoring new administrators and leading professional development initiatives. Dr. Lewis holds an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Dayton and has been recognized for her leadership, equity advocacy, and contributions to student achievement and educator growth.
