After this session participants will be able to walk away with systems and processes that they can incorporate into their practice to help install guidelines for success. The principalship can become overwhelming and lead to burnout. Stakes are high and it's lonely. I'm addressing ways which incorporate technology into both the management piece and the instructional leadership aspect. Attendees will receive all of my resources which they can adapt digitally to work for them.
