Discover how HI Literacy reframes readiness for learners and leaders, and why thriving with AI requires doubling down on what makes us uniquely human.

Provocation (10 minutes)
Past: Digital literacy as survival.
Present: AI literacy as the focus.
Future: HI Literacy as the defining competency of the Intelligence Age.

HI Literacy Framework (20 minutes)
Explore the four literacies:
Curiosity: Asking deeper questions and seeking perspectives.
Adaptability: Leading through change and uncertainty.
Human Connection: Building trust, empathy, and belonging.
Judgment: Making ethical decisions in complexity.
Link to ISTE Standards and Transformational Learning Principles.

Stories & Case Studies (20 minutes)
Leaders and schools embedding HI Literacy to reimagine engagement, equity, and readiness.

Student perspectives on what leadership rooted in HI looks and feels like.
