Future: HI Literacy as the defining competency of the Intelligence Age.

HI Literacy Framework (20 minutes)
Explore the four literacies:
Curiosity: Asking deeper questions and seeking perspectives.
Adaptability: Leading through change and uncertainty.
Human Connection: Building trust, empathy, and belonging.
Judgment: Making ethical decisions in complexity.

Stories & Case Studies (20 minutes)
Leaders and schools embedding HI Literacy to reimagine engagement, equity, and readiness.

Student perspectives on what leadership rooted in HI looks and feels like.

How HI Literacy reframes readiness for the Intelligence Age.

Invitation: Shift from teaching tools to cultivating human literacies.

Outcomes

After this session, participants will be able to:
Define Human Intelligence Literacy and its four literacies: curiosity, adaptability, human connection, judgment.

Reframe AI integration as amplifying, not replacing, Human Intelligence.

Identify strategies to model and embed HI Literacy into leadership, instruction, and culture.
