In this fast-paced, interactive session, you'll partner up to tackle the Top Ten misconceptions about the Danielson Framework, then find out how you scored. We’ll work through each myth, busting assumptions and uncovering what the Framework was truly designed to do: support and grow teachers, not sort or judge them. Participants will leave with greater confidence in applying the Framework, sharper language for coaching conversations, and practical strategies for using it as the professional learning tool it was always meant to be.
