Ms. Wallace is a Technology Coach in Lake County Illinois. She has spent 16 years serving students of varying backgrounds, Diverse learning skills and demographics. In addition she works for Roosevelt University as an adjunct professor where she supports teachers on their leadership track. A graduate of Concordia University Chicago, Ms. Wallace received her Masters Degree in School Leadership. Her Undergraduate degree is from The University of St. Francis where she attained her Elementary Degree with various endorsements. Ms. Wallace is committed to both increasing teacher and student tech literacy and ensuring a healthy Digital Ecosystem for all learners.

Join me for a caffeinated adventure as we delve into the world of tech coaching! In this session, we will explore a range of practical & innovative approaches to kickstart your journey. Whether you're a seasoned or new coach, this session is your espresso shot of inspiration & practical guidance.

Purpose & objective

The situation involves the diverse range of experiences and expertise among tech coaches, both new and veteran.

Utilizing various educational technology tools and platforms to facilitate the presentation and hands-on activities.
Demonstrating how tech coaches can leverage technology tools in their coaching practice.

Models Employed:
Incorporating coaching models such as the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) and the SAMR model (Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redefinition) to illustrate coaching techniques and strategies.
