Session description

Join Shannon McClintock Miller for this exciting hands-on presentation as she shares five fun, creative and engaging activities to bring to your library and classroom. You will participate in all five of the activities and learn how they support the ISTE Student Standards.

Purpose & objective

The purpose of my presentation is to show librarians and educators fun, creative and exciting activities to bring to their students that are connected to the ISTE Standards. She will explain and show these activities in detail during her presentation.

Participants will also have time to do the activities and be part of a similar learning experience that their students would. I want everyone to feel confident in bringing these activities and experiences back to their library and school too. They will have time to ask questions and collaborate with others, as this will be an interactive station style presentation.
