Session description

EBSCO will present a vendor-neutral, state-by-state breakdown of the digital resources available to schools and educators through their state libraries and consortia. We will also provide best practices for setting up your site and ensuring the right resources are provided to the right student cohorts.

Purpose & objective

This presentation is designed to promote awareness. We will feature an poster containing QR codes that participants can scan to be brought directly to their state library resources page. We will also have a digital, interactive version of the map to share with participants on a postcard.

Participants will be able to:
1) Discover the free digital resources available to them through their state library or consortium
2) Know who to contact if they need help linking their school/library website to those free resources
3) Properly set up their library websites to ensure the right EBSCO resources are provided to the right student cohorts
4) Access free marketing materials to help the promote their EBSCO resources to students and teachers
