As schools struggle to fully staff classroom assistant and teaching positions, the workload of current teachers is driving many teachers and school administrators to the breaking point where they consider leaving education for good. Learning to craft prompts in free GPT tools can, quite simply, ease the "work" of teaching and better ensure classroom success. One example: with one well-crafted prompt, World Language teachers can create sample passages at the appropriate difficulty level nearly instantly. Teachers struggling to keep up with grading can use GPT tools to help provide feedback on student work. Participants in this session will leave with prompts entered into their Geneartive AI tool of choice
