Objectives:
Participants will learn strategies for integrating digital learning standards like the ISTE standards into their school or district's evaluation rubric.
Participants will discover ways to incorporate those digital learning standards into teacher-driven, personalized professional learning.
Participants will discuss how walk-throughs can be designed to connect directly to personalized professional learning and communities of practice.
Participants will brainstorm with other attendees on ways to apply and adapt these strategies to fit the needs of their own school or program.

National Standards for Quality Online Learning (NSQ)
How those can tie to state or district-mandated evaluation rubrics
0:00 - 0:05 - Introduction of speaker, poll of audience members (role in school/district), explanation of interactive Q&A tool to be used throughout presentation
0:05 - 0:10 - Introduction of problem that I needed to address in teacher evaluation/observation
0:10 - 0:20 - Alignment of state evaluation rubric to digital learning standards - Creating a crosswalk for teachers
0:20 - 0:25 - How we organize our professional learning system to incorporate school improvement goals and teacher-selected and driven learning
0:25 - 0:30 - Small group attendee discussion about current model of professional learning and challenges
0:30 - 0:35 - Setting individualized professional goals based on digital learning standards
0:35 - 0:45 - Curating resources for self-driven professional learning (with attendee share out via Mentimeter or other polling tool)
0:45 - 0:50 - Connecting walk-throughs to self-directed professional learning goals
0:50 - 1:00 - Small group debrief with digital planning/reflection worksheet, Closing
