Session description

People say these jobs used to be fun. Our schools need people with hope who do inspired, wholehearted, and joyful work. We can be those people without losing ourselves in the process. Join me to uncover practical strategies that deepen humanity, happiness, and learning levels for all.

Purpose & objective

- Explore the happiness research, implications for productivity levels, and implications for ourselves, our colleagues, and students

- Uncover strategies for making the workload more manageable, including how to make decisions about what matters most when it comes to growing meaningful levels of learning for students.

-Investigate high leverage instructional moves for engaging students in meaningful learning that require little planning when executed with intentionality

-Leave empowered with strategies to bring joy, fun, connection, and hope back into our lives and into our classrooms and school.
