Session description

From a school with a big emphasis on project-based and experiential learning, we are constantly learning how to instill confidence in students to be proud of their work and how to adapt to students' needs on an individual basis, from the students themselves.

Purpose & objective

As a teacher, it's always important to listen to your students and figure out how to make them feel confident and take pride in their work, which usually leads to better quality in their work in the end. While listening to the middle schooler's perspective, participants can learn strategies for motivating their students to consistently put out their best work, especially within the context of project-based learning.
