Tara is the Founder of TLSpecialists LLC, an organization created to provide edtech and SEL-infused training for schools, with a focus on equitable experiences, delivered by diverse trainers. She is an award-winning educator who has helped several schools across the world with launching and sustaining effective 1:1 programs over the course of the last decade. In 2018, Tara authored and published the book, Code Equity: Keying Girls into Coding, as a guide for educators looking to make a more equitable learning environment for their students. She is currently working on a second M.S. in Data Science.
