Ethan Pierce is the Co-Founder and CEO of Adaptive Reader, an innovative edtech company transforming literature into leveled multilingual novels to support emerging bilinguals. A Harvard alum, Ethan has over a decade of experience in product management and design, including roles at Readlee and Vistaprint.
His personal journey overcoming undiagnosed dyslexia in K-12 fuels his passion for accessible education. An avid language learner, Ethan has studied German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and Chinese and is dedicated to helping emerging bilinguals develop their language skills.
