As an experienced educator, speaker, and writer, Joey focuses on how to use technology to create more accessible and effective educational opportunities for adult learners. As the Director of Community Learning Partners and Project Manager for ISTE's SkillRise, Joey specializes in leveraging technology to support lifelong learning. As Assistant Director in Adult Education at Delgado Community College, he led the development of Louisiana's award-winning first fully online adult education program. Joey is a Google Level 1 and 2 Certified Educator and Google Certified Project Manager.
