Outline

This will be a combination of a presentation and discussion, broaching difficult topics around AI ethics and ownership, and how to broach those topics with students.
We will spend the first 10 minutes providing an overview of the issues at hand, followed about 10 minutes of examples. For each example, we will attempt to dive into the complexities around what students can/should be allowed to do, how they cite it, where the lines are and how to avoid crossing them. The final ten minutes will be spent discussing how to develop policies that empower students in safe and appropriate ways.
