Session description
Purpose & objective
The purpose of this session is to empower educators to prepare their students for the future of work and creativity in the metaverse. Participants will:
Understand the metaverse: Gain a foundational understanding of the metaverse concept, its potential impact on education, and emerging career opportunities.
Learn ZOE Immersive VR: Explore the ZOE Immersive VR platform's features and capabilities for creating interactive, educational VR experiences.
Develop digital literacy skills: Practice essential digital literacy skills like creating a virtual environment, pre-VR development skills, and collaborative project design within the VR environment.
Create VR projects: Design and build interactive VR experiences that can be used to teach a variety of subjects, such as science, history, or language arts.
Foster future-ready skills: Equip students with critical 21st-century skills like creativity, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration through hands-on VR projects.
