STEM and Computer Science Coordinator
STEM and Computer Science Coordinator, and Micro:bit Champion, holds a (M.Ed.) focused in STEAM. Expertise in PreK-12 computer science, science, robotics, engineering, project-based learning, and flipped teaching. Serves as the CSTA Sacramento Technology Manager and CCCUE Communications Manager for the respective boards, actively contributing to CSforCA, SCALE CA, AIforCA, and NGSS Collaborative. He is a 23-24 Equity Fellow and his leadership extends nationally and statewide as a CSTA Board at Large representative, CSTA policy committee liaison, CSMP Computer Science Integration Coordinator, CASE Region 1 director, and CASE Advocacy Committee Co-chair.



Dr. Tara Nattrass is Managing Director of Innovation Strategy at ISTE+ASCD ,collaborating with educators on reinventing learning with a focus on innovative programs, professional learning, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining ISTE+ASCD, Tara served as Chief Education Innovation Strategist at Dell Technologies, consulting with educational leaders across districts and states and building meaningful partnerships with national organizations. Tara also spent over 20 years teaching and leading in school districts, including as Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning for Arlington Public Schools (VA). Tara earned a Doctorate in K-12 Educational Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University.

Ann Nutter Coffman is a Manager in the Teacher Quality Department at the National Education Association. She served as a middle school teacher in West Virginia and Virginia as well as a district-based mentor and professional developer in Maryland before serving as a project director of a university-based teacher preparation program. Dr. Coffman's research and career has focused on issues of teacher preparation and induction, teacher leadership, teacher professional learning, policy implementation, and teacher quality. She earned a Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Maryland and her M.A. and B.A. from West Virginia University.
