Learn how Pennoyer School District 79 built its technology program by leveraging funding to develop a comprehensive technology implementation plan. Pennoyer's plan established a new network and an equitable 1:1 program that allowed for a seamless transition to digital learning and a multi-year fiscal strategy to fund them.
