The strongest organizations not only leverage organizational and human capacity, but they are deliberately intentional about building it. Delve into how collective efficacy simultaneously produces stronger organizations and flourishing team members. Become a deliberate developmental organization that can easily adapt rather burn out when faced with changing and complex needs.

Introduction (10 minutes)
- Welcome and introductions
- Distinguish the differences between management and leadership
- Highlight the role of "lead learner"
- Discuss the importance of collective efficacy in strengthening educator capacity within teams, schools, and districts

The Role of Collective Efficacy (15 minutes)
- Explore the concept of collective efficacy and its impact on organizational growth and educator sustainability
- Discuss the factors that contribute to collective efficacy (e.g., trust, shared vision, shared commitment)
- Share examples of organizations with strong collective efficacy

Establishing Trustworthy Communities (15 minutes)
