Outline
5 to 10 minutes - Introduction to the challenge (interactive whole group)
ALL OTHER MINUTES (depending on session format) - redesigning lessons and units together using the protocol - this is active, hands-on, small group work and will include numerous opportunities to ask question, apply to local practice, etc.
5 to 10 minutes - Tips, strategies, and suggestions (interactive whole group), plus follow-up resources and activities to do back home to extend the learning and facilitate successful implementation
Lots of networking and interaction opportunities throughout, plus breaks!
