Outline
5min) After a brief warm introduction, Elisa invites you to engage in a reflection about a team you lead or are a member of. This will set you up to apply today's learning directly to your own context.
(20m) Through real examples and video Elisa presents 3 types of trust and why we need them. Elisa will dive into the work of teacher teams where trust is most needed and share a short video example of indicators of trust during a 'looking at teacher work' protocol and the positive learning that results.
(10m) You'll discuss three reality-based scenarios with a partner to determine. Elisa will present the psychology and research behind the why.
(20min) A teacher leader on a video presents a relatable dilemma. You'll watch the video recordings of skillful team leaders sharing effective leadership moves. Then you will bring your own ideas forward to a partner based on the elements of psychological safety provided and make connections to your own leadership.
(5m) Inspirational video showcasing the most important move for team leaders who want to build trust.
