Session description
Restorative justice meetings are powerful gatherings that need a way to sustain the initial results. A digital platform that articulates the goals, needs, and strategies and monitors it implementation by all stakeholders can sustain the desired outcomes. By allowing all the stakeholders, especially the students, to have immediate input into the outcomes, you build student agency, engagement, and community. Daily interactions and regular assessments can ensure goals are met. A digital tracker replaces the old paper behavior sheets. This ongoing process nurtures trust, encourages open communication, and reinforces collective responsibility, creating a supportive environment where relationships and growth thrive.
