Kai Watkins is the Restorative Practices District Coordinator at the South Country Central School District. As a core member of the district’s Equity in Education Leadership Team, he has led the charge in implementing restorative practices in grades K-12. His 15 years of experience in education have afforded him the opportunities for diverse experiences in schools. Before pursuing a career in education, Kai was a member of the United States Army. His diverse experiences help him to convey a message that is rooted in the importance of a sense of belonging and connection to the school community for All stakeholders.
