Session description

This session highlights an elementary school leadership program where students use digital tools such as Book Creator, Canva, and Google Workspace to plan projects, document experiences, and reflect on learning. Attendees will explore strategies to foster leadership, responsibility, and collaboration in young students through meaningful technology integration.

Outline

Attendees will view student-led posters and digital artifacts showcasing leadership projects, reflections, and service activities. Students will be present to share their work and discuss their experiences, insights, and learning outcomes with visitors.

Displayed work will include digital portfolios, student-created posters, photographs, and projects produced with Book Creator, Canva, and Google Workspace. Resources, including project examples and reference materials, will be accessible via a QR code for attendees to explore.

Facilitators and students will be available for informal Q&A and discussion throughout the session.

Outcomes

After this session, participants will gain strategies to guide students in creating leadership projects with accessible digital tools and discover ways to connect technology use to meaningful learning and real-world impact.
