Session description

Discover how to use social media as a source of inspiration for student projects. We'll explore how students can make graphics, write captions and record videos related to core content. This session offers tips for helping students share their learning in a fun and familiar way.

Participants will be able to create an artifact of learning that acts as an exemplar for their own students' creations.

5 minutes - Set the stage with an overview of creativity and connection ISTE Standards
5 minutes - Interactive activity connected to creativity in the classroom (device-based activity)
15 minutes - first three tips
5 minutes - interactive activity (peer-to-peer interaction)
10 minutes - second three tips
5 minutes - interactive activity (device-based activity)
10 minutes - final set of four tips
