Peruvian, passionate about technological development and innovation, with the vision of promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM, through the intersectoral implementation of quality methodologies and strategies that allow access to opportunities with gender equality. Mechatronics Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Master of Administration with a focus on Quality and Productivity. She is a specialist with more than 5 years of experience in the implementation of the STEM + methodology and dissemination of the maker culture in educational environments in Mexico. She is affiliated with the national competency certifying body SICCOR as an independent evaluator of the STEM standard.

Session description

Entrepreneurship learning through marketing, networking, brand identity, sponsorship, leadership plus engineering through CAD, CAM, CFD. A recently founded school sharing STEAM experiences , developing 21st Century Skills; The result: 2nd place, "Women in Motorsports" and Sustainability Proposal awards on the F1 in Schools International Challenge 2023 as mexican-jewish community pioneers.

Purpose & objective

This talk is meant to give teachers around the world insights on how to implement problem-solving for real-life situations in an everyday classroom, taking advantage of STEAM disciplines to generate valuable skills in the next generations.

These kinds of impactful, challenging high-level learning experiences are demanding from both students and teachers to transition into a renovated dynamic for our learning experiences, addressing upcoming challenges for human kind and improving our capacities to face them.

We'll share evidence, documentation, failures and cases of success from out recent experience with the F1 in Schools challenge. One of the most demanding challenges that we, as STEAM ambassadors used to keep our continious improving dynamic to break the paradigms of regular education.
