Session description

Personalise learning for your junior students by allowing them to advocate for their own learning choices through workshops! Attendees can expect to walk away with ideas on how to set up workshops in their classroom, how to shift to a 'choice' model and tips to ensure success!

Purpose & objective

Participants will have an introduction, knowledge and exposure of personalised learning and workshop choice in Maths times through workshop.
This is based off work I have done in my classroom and teaching practice in 2022 and 2023 working with Year 0-3 students.
This includes links to my planning, real life examples and images from my classroom to support this session and application to present.
I will provide examples of how to set up workshops, how to set up matching short term and long term planning.
