Purpose & objective

The poster session will cover key aspects of evaluating and enhancing the impact of creative educational initiatives, an asynchronous professional development program designed to promote creativity among SVVSD staff. Participants will learn methods for assessing impact, strategies for differentiation and engagement, and techniques for building support and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The session will also explore metrics for measuring success, describe the instructional models used, and showcase evidence of the program’s effectiveness through improved creativity, increased engagement, and positive feedback.
