Session description

Learn how to support standards and engage learners with ClassVR headsets and 360° content. Develop ideas for how to create and use your own footage. Gain insight from our four-year journey to make your own implementation easier by using our Try-with-Support Model.

Purpose & objective

Participants will understand how to support standards with VR headsets and 360° images and video and how to create their own 360° lessons and content. Participants will gain insight from our 3-year journey to make their own implementation easier.
The focus will be on our Try-with-Support Model and not a specific VR product, although we have chosen ClassVR headsets. The Try-with-Support model involves the district-level purchase and sharing of devices and content, a train-the-trainer or coach approach, and district-level scaffolded support.
Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and view example content during this poster session.
