The purpose of this presentation is to showcase the transformative potential of various digital tools including Flip, Canva, Adobe, Microsoft 365 tools, and more - in the field of education. We aim to inspire educators and instructional designers to harness the capabilities of these tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. By participating in this session, attendees will gain practical knowledge, skills, and strategies to enhance their teaching and foster creativity among their students.
Objectives:
Throughout this session, participants will:
*learn to create visually appealing and interactive educational content using Canva and Adobe, fostering creativity among students.
*discover how to design lessons that engage students through interactive elements, multimedia, and storytelling techniques.
*understand how these tools can help in increasing student engagement, participation, and motivation in the learning process.
*explore collaborative possibilities with these tools, enabling them to facilitate group projects, peer review, and teamwork among students.
*learn how to use these tools for formative and summative assessment, including quizzes, surveys, and multimedia presentations.
Participants will be engaged in a game-based learning environment in which they will create activities that can be used throughout the school day and then they will pitch them to our "tech experts" (the audience members). The audience will vote on favorites who will receive a prize for the most creative/innovative idea.
