She is currently president of Northeast Wisconsin Women in Technology (WIT), an organization devoted to supporting women in the field of Technology. Outcome: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the current challenges and opportunities that characterize the ed tech environment. They will be able to discern where they currently stand and identify areas for personal and organizational growth.

Navigating the ISTE Leader Standards
Outcome: Attendees will become well-acquainted with the ISTE Leader Standards, understanding their significance and applicability. They will be able to align their leadership strategies with these standards to ensure best practices in ed tech leadership.

Crafting a Personalized Leadership Journey
Outcome: Participants will acquire the tools and knowledge to introspectively assess their skills and dispositions. They will be able to chart a personalized growth path in ed tech leadership, tailored to their unique strengths, challenges, and career aspirations.

Strategies for Community Engagement and Stress Alleviation
Outcome: Educators and leaders will learn effective strategies to address and alleviate the concerns and stresses faced by administrators, teachers, and the community at large. They will be equipped to foster a positive, collaborative, and forward-looking educational environment.

Process: Ice-breaking activity where participants share in a Wordle or Mentimeter about their current feelings toward ed tech leadership.

2. Understanding the Current Ed Tech Landscape (10 minutes)
Content: Delve into the present challenges and opportunities in the ed tech environment.
Process: A mix of visual slides and short video clips. After presentation, a quick poll via a device-based activity to gauge participants' primary challenges.

3. Navigating the ISTE Leader Standards (10 minutes)
Content: Detailed walkthrough of the ISTE Leader Standards and their relevance.
Process: Infographic presentation of standards followed by a peer-to-peer interaction where participants discuss which standard resonates most with them and why.

4. Crafting a Personalized Leadership Journey (10 minutes)
Content: Tools and techniques for introspective skill assessment and growth charting.
Process: Guided activity where participants use a digital template (shared via a QR code) to begin crafting their leadership journey. They will be encouraged to share their insights in pairs or small groups.

Process: A recap slide followed by a gamified quiz (using tools like Kahoot) to reinforce the session's key points.
