1. Participants will participate in an interactive discussion of strategies to efficiently vet and manage apps, secure data privacy agreements, and ensure curricular alignment. With these strategies participants will be able to managing apps effectively to ensure students have access to a variety of educational tools that enhance their learning experiences. This includes selecting apps that align with educational goals and standards and ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
3. Participants will participate in an interactive discussion of strategies to enhance student data security. Participants will understand examples of robust data security measures to safeguard sensitive student information, ensuring it is not compromised and to maintain trust and transparency between educational institutions and stakeholders.
4. Participants will participate in an interactive discussion concerning cost analysis and making data-driven decisions. The economic challenges associated with education require careful budgeting. Participants will be able to analyze data to allocate resources efficiently to meet evolving needs.
5. Participants will participate in an interactive discussion concerning student engagement.
6. Participants will review a plan to increase efficiency.
The processes are successful in that the time from request to availability has been decreased, student data is encrypted for security, and data driven decisions are made. The joint involvement of the CTO, CFO, and Curriculum Director is evident in the process.

We will have an online sticky note available for participants to share ideas on each component of app management.
Our research included reaching out to other districts across the country to determine what is working and what is not. We did informal interviews with administrators, staff, and parents about the former process to determine areas of improvement. We reviewed free resources on the 1EdTech and SDPC websites.
