Tom Ashley was a K-12 Chief Technology Officer for over 25 years. Tom was a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. He is a Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL), a Certified School Safety Specialist, a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Scrum Master and is a Certified Cybersecurity Rubric Evaluator. He currently serves on the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity, Indiana Cyber Security Task Force, several NICE/NIST working groups and the CCRE Advisory board.

Frankie Jackson is a nationally recognized CTO in K-12, leading education technology initiatives for 25+ years at the state and national levels, working in large districts with students between 25K-116K. She is a senior Cybersecurity Coalition for Education advisor and a certified course instructor for CoSN and the American School Business Officials. Serving as an independent, trusted technology thought partner working at the state and national levels, she authors CTO instructional content, offers aspiring CTOs mentorship, and is an international subject matter expert in EdTech leadership. D2 Harrison Schools
Dave currently serves as the Director of Instructional Technology/CTE/ STEAM for the D2 Harrison Schools in Colorado Springs. He has spent most of his career working in Title I districts serving as both a math teacher and building administrator. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and teaching credentials from San Diego Christian College. He earned a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration from National University. He also holds his Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) certificate from the nationally accredited Consortium for School Networking (CoSN). Dave has served in education for a total of 35 years.
