Dr. Nekia Tharps Becerra is the Strategic Program Manager for the Girls Who Game program, a signature program at Dell Technologies. Nekia is a former, teacher, campus and district administrator in a large urban school district in Central Texas. Nekia is a huge advocate for women in STEM and works daily to increase exposure to girls across the world.

Andrea Wright is the district STEM Coordinator for the third largest school district in Georgia. With over 20 years’ experience, Ms. Wright supports the district’s STE(A)M Initiative in the areas of instruction, pedagogy, partnerships, and certifications. A native Atlantan, she matriculated from Spelman College, the University of Rhode Island, the University of West Georgia, and Valdosta State University. She has attained a STEM Leadership endorsement through the NASA Endeavor program, a STEM endorsement from Middle Georgia RESA, and is a National Geographic Certified Educator. Her truest passion lies in seeing children bring ideas to life and innovating new solutions.
