Nicole Langford serves as the Research Associate, Project Manager at the International Society for Technology in Education with the Research and Development team. Nicole comes to ISTE with 7+ years of research administration experience and 3+ years of qualitative research experience. Nicole’s research experience was centered around studying the career decisions of Ph.D. STEM candidates from underrepresented groups, focusing on what drove them towards or away from careers in academia. Through that work, Nicole developed a passion for listening to people talk about their experiences and storytelling through research – a passion she brings to ISTE.

Erin Wakshlag is the Head of Curriculum, PreK-6 at Seesaw Learning. Erin taught in an urban, Title 1 elementary school with a majority EL population for 8 years before attending UC Berkeley’s Principal Leadership Institute where she received her Masters in Educational Leadership and administrative credential with a focus on social justice and culturally sustaining practices. Erin then worked as the district TK-5 literacy and ELD coordinator and also facilitated PreK to K alignment with neighboring preschools. Her entire career has centered on providing access and opportunity to students and families in a way that empowers learning within the community.
