Heather Hurley is a dedicated instructional technology leader with 32 years in education. She currently oversees educational technology onboarding and best practice guidance as Loudoun County Public Schools' Instructional Software Specialist. Previously, she held key roles in Arlington Public Schools, promoting learner-centered environments and technology integration, including a 1:1 iPad and STEAM program. Heather champions professional development and collaboration, having influenced diverse educational stakeholders. She contributes to the Virginia Society for Technology in Education and ISTELive24, and holds certifications as an ISTE Certified Educator, Google Certified Innovator, and Nearpod Certified Educator and Coach.



Jason Trinh is the coordinator of Global Competencies, STEM/ICT for the Toronto District School Board in Ontario, Canada. In this role, he supports digital learning across the district through the design and delivery of professional learning. He is the recipient of the Premier's Award for Teaching Excellence and the ISTE Digital Equity Award, and was named to the ISTE 20 to Watch list. He shares beyond his district as a Google Innovator, Google Trainer, Apple Distinguished Educator and ISTE Community Leader. He is passionate about digital creativity and digital equity and share this as a speaker/facilitator.
