Colleen O'Neil is the founder of CK ID Consulting and an educator leader specializing in education strategy, advising, and design. As the former Colorado associate commissioner of educator talent, she orchestrated initiatives to recruit and retain top educators, including the launch of programs like TEACH Colorado, the Opportunity Now Next Education Workforce, and teacher apprenticeships. With a robust skill set spanning corporate, school, district and state education leadership and policy implementation, Colleen's expertise drives meaningful educational strategies that make a positive impact for learners and educators alike.
