Since 2009, James McCrary has worked as an educator and administrator in early childhood, primary, secondary and post-secondary institutions in Southeast Louisiana. He currently serves as the Director of Innovative Teaching & Learning at River Parishes Community College, covering the river region.
He has bee\n honored with the ISTE Virtual Environments Network Pioneer of the Year Award, and named a Higher Ed Top 30 Influencer by EdTech Magazine. He’s also an Apple Distinguished Educator and a Google Certified Innovator. He is passionate about integrating technology skills into the classroom with a focus on spatial computing and immersive learning.
