Struggling to find IT staff? Tap into your district’s student talent! Create personalized work based learning pathways. The I.T.S. team developed a CTE pathway for HS students to become technicians, including internships and PAID apprenticeships, leading to the hiring of four apprentices as full-time I.T.S staff.
