Thank you for your interest in covering ISTELive 26 and ASCD Annual Conference 26! This year's conference will take place Sunday, June 28, to Wednesday, July 1, in Orlando, Florida.
Complimentary registration is available to journalists (i.e., reporters, editors, bloggers, writers, news photographers, producers and online editors) who work for a publication, news service, broadcast outlet, podcast or news site that is regularly issued and published primarily for the dissemination of news. For 2026, we will make approximately 20 registrations available for bloggers and podcasters that aren’t affiliated with traditional media outlets. For questions, please reach out to media@iste.org.
Registration is open. All individuals receiving media credentials must adhere to the ISTE Code of Conduct and ASCD Annual Code of Conduct.
Advertising personnel, media sales executives, and public relations representatives do not qualify for media credentials. While corporate bloggers are not eligible for complimentary media registration, marketing/communications staff from ISTE Corporate Members may receive a media credential ribbon by visiting the onsite press room. To qualify for a media credential ribbon, individuals must have a full conference registration and complete a short form that details plans for covering ISTELive 26 and ASCD Annual 26. ISTE+ASCD will review all applications for media credentials within five days of application.
Contact information for individuals approved and granted an ISTELive and ASCD Annual media credential will be provided to exhibitors as a courtesy. ISTE+ASCD provides clear guidelines on the appropriate usage of the media list.
All credentialed media will have access to the onsite press room for interviews and to work on stories. The press room will be located at Room 221AB on the second level of the Orange County Convention Center.

Note: ISTELive 26 and ASCD Annual 26 sponsors and exhibitors may bring print press kits and materials to the press room. We cannot, however, store or accept delivery of any materials in the press room.
