Sean Gaillard is an experienced educational leader, author, and speaker dedicated to human-centered leadership. With over three decades in education, he currently serves as a school leader in North Carolina, where he champions belonging, growth, and meaningful learning for students and staff. He is a recipient of the ISTE+ASCD 20 to Watch Award for 2025, an ISTE+ASCD Community Leader, and a 2019 North Carolina Principal of the Year Finalist. Sean is the author of The Pepper Effect and the forthcoming Leadership Riffs, and he hosts multiple podcasts that blend leadership, reflection, and music. His work focuses on helping leaders navigate change with authenticity, courage, and a deep commitment to people.
