Content Outline and Engagement
I. Share the Districts' LMS goal- Provide district profile, phased LMS rollout strategy, data from educator needs assessment and pain points with adoption of LMS. Engage attendees by having them identify their top LMS rollout challenge.
II. Multi- Faceted Training Strategy- Showcase the variety of methods used to meet diverse educator needs (e.g., self-paced modules, workshops, coaching programs, cheatsheet tutorials). Ask attendees open ended questions about training successes and challenges.
III. Practical, Ready to Use Tools- Feature 2-3 concrete resources for any LMS launch (e.g. quick start checklist, staff communication plan, LMS feature cheat sheet). Attendees will receive a QR code to resources they can use to support their implementation.
IV. Share districts current status and next steps.
After this session, participants will be able to design a multi-faceted adult learning strategy and analyze strategies for driving LMS adoption across a large staff. They will leave with a roadmap and best practices for adoption—concrete examples and training tools—for increased usage based on our experience across 140+ schools.
