Introduction (10 min): Present the Mentor’s Mindset within Wise Freedom—why accountability is a form of love and how mentorship reframes management.
Interactive Reflection (10 min): Participants plot current practices on a spectrum from control to permissiveness.
Scenario Analysis (20 min): Work through common classroom challenges comparing management versus mentorship responses.
Design Sprint (10 min): Groups redesign one classroom structure or routine through the lens of Wise Freedom and the Mentor’s Mindset.
Closing (5 min): Participants name a “first step” and post their commitments.
Analyze how classroom conditions and schoolwide systems shape the ways students respond and “train” adults to treat them.
Practice strategies that shift systems from management toward mentorship, pairing high standards with high support.
Redesign one structure or routine to cultivate belonging, ignite agency, and foster responsibility.
