This session showcases an adaptive professional development model designed to spark personalized growth, ignite leadership, and create a sustainable, peer-led learning circuit. Attendees will explore how to empower educators through innovation cohorts, leading to powerful momentum and a culture of collaborative problem-solving across a district.
