Session description

This session will showcase how our professional development model sparks personalized growth and ignites leadership through adaptive design. Attendees will explore how innovation cohorts generate powerful momentum across the district, how staff presenters electrify our district conference, and how our approach fuels a circuit of sustainable, peer-led professional development.

Outline

Professional development program highlights will be shared through links, digital displays, and information on a trifold board. The audience will scan codes to see samples from the program and ask questions of the presenters for more personalized information that pertains to them.

After this session, participants will be able to:
