Everyone, from administrators to teachers to students, can benefit from Airtable. Collecting, managing, analyzing, and sharing information has never been easier. By combining the simplicity of a spreadsheet with enhanced dynamic fields and cross-table connections usually reserved for complex database tools, Airtable can streamline almost any complex task.

Time: This is initially designed as a poster session, during which all information will be presented via poster and digital materials. Participants may view and ask questions as they wish throughout the allotted time.

Outcomes

Attendees to this poster session will see Airtable in action. The poster and supplemental digital content will be categorized into the following groups: Principals and site admin, district admin, coaches, teachers, librarians, and students. Within each category, multiple examples will be shown via images on a poster and through explorable digital examples. Templates will be available for attendees to reuse. There will be an opportunity for questions during the poster presentation. Some examples to be showcased include coaches tracking professional development and coaching sessions, librarians and teachers collecting student book reviews, managing equipment inventory and checkouts, and tracking personal development, administration creating and sharing knowledge bases with staff, and students at various levels using Airtable to track their learning and progress while learning the basics of database structure and creation.

With over a decade of experience in education and educational technology, Erica is an expert in integrating digital tools like Canvas LMS, AirTable, Canva, and Zotero into classrooms and other educational settings. As a PhD Candidate at Arizona State University, she teaches digital history courses and brings a wealth of knowledge to high school and higher education environments. Certified as a CIRTL Associate, Google Certified Educator Level 2, and Cricut Certified Educator, Erica also serves as the Professional Learning Chair for AZTEA. An avid user of Airtable for over four years, Erica has harnessed the platform to enhance professional learning, course design, research tracking, event planning, and their ISTE Certified Educator portfolio creation. They have presented Airtable’s educational applications at various conferences and led training sessions, inspiring colleagues to adopt the tool to streamline their workflows. Her expertise and practical experience with Airtable make her a strong advocate for its integration into educational practices.
