Session description

I will share a research-based process for building a culture in which team members become empowered, aligned, and wholly focused on the mission. I will share the five keystones, in order, so leaders can leave with an actionable plan to be implemented at their schools/districts.

Outline

The Five Culture Keystones are as follows:

Define What Matters
Relentlessly Message What Matters
Embody What Matters
Praise Anyone Embodying What Matters
Redirect Anyone Not Embodying What Matters

I will walk participants through each keystone, having them script for every one.

There will be partner shares, role-play, and real world application.
