Event Information
Paticipants will be presented with research data and video clips of school administrators. They will engage in discussion with peers and share their own ideas and strategies.
In the 60 minute session:
10-15 minutes will be spent on introducing the topic, making the case for science from research and data
20 minutes viewing several video clips
20-25 minutes in discussion and sharing (peer-to-peer)
Participants will walk away with strategies and ideas for making the case to incorporate science instruction into the school day.
